'Crust & Craft Pizzeria originated from a dream: to share real Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family launched our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned operation with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor of our establishment, mastered the pizza-making craft during her sojourn across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Returning to the UK, her aim was to reproduce the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and unparalleled ingredients.
Our once small-scale 12-seat eatery has expanded into a well-loved local fixture while our adherence to excellence and genuineness has remained constant. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired oven methods, making our dough from scratch every day, and selecting the superlative quality ingredients available to us.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' carries on as a family enterprise with the Bianchi's second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Even though we've adopted new innovations, the core of our enterprise—the crafting of delightful, authentic pizza that unites patrons—stays unaltered.
